Applicants are required to be:
- Non-EEA citizens subject to the institutional tuition fee;
- Outstanding scholars following the respective faculty’s benchmarks;
- Enrolling in a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate program at Erasmus University Rotterdam;
- Individuals without a diploma from a Dutch educational institution; and
- Those who have never registered as a full-fledged student in a Dutch educational institution.
