Applications are strongly encouraged from scholars hailing from Latin America, Southeast Asia, Africa, and South Asia. Specifically, those lacking the financial means for overseas studies, with no access to other notable grants, such as the Australia Awards, are encouraged to apply.
Value and Inclusions of the Scholarship:
A maximum annual sum of $50,000, encompassing all academic fees throughout the course’s duration, residence in campus housing, a yearly stipend of $10,000 AUD, and additional sundry expenditures during the initial year.
Eligibility:
Eligibility is established if you:
• • Reside abroad at the time of application.
• • Have submitted an application for, though not yet initiated, an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program at the University of Canberra.
• • Fulfill the academic prerequisites of the program with a minimum 80% average (or equivalent).
• • Possess any type of offer letter (including conditional or provisional offers) issued by the University of Canberra.
• • Intend to pursue studies on an Australian student visa (subclass 500).
• • Are a fresh entrant to the academic community.
• • Act as the principal visa applicant. Dependents are ineligible for the scholarship and cannot accompany the principal visa applicant.
